One Care: MassHealth Plus Medicare; First Annual Report

On September 1, 2016, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services released this first annual report about the Massachusetts One Care duals demonstration, which provides Medicare-Medicaid Plans (MMPs) with capitated payments to cover the costs of Medicare Parts A, B, and D as well as Medicaid costs. The report covers beneficiary experience, stakeholder engagement, financing and payment, and care coordination models. The report is based on Medicare data; Medicaid data was not available.
