Kuhn v. McNary Estates Homeowners Association

On January 11, 2016, this lawsuit was filed against McNary Estates Homeowners Association (HOA) alleging that the HOA had discriminated against an individual with disabilities. The complaint says the HOA negligently violated state and federal law. In the lawsuit, the plaintiffs seek reimbursement for damages due to costs incurred in their efforts to gain the accommodation and then the costs to move when the HOA refused to allow the waiver to HOA rules. The plaintiffs seek punitive damages, plus attorney fees and litigation costs . . .
