Kansas Medicaid Autism Waiver Renewal Application

This document, dated August 31, 2016, is a Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver renewal application developed by the Kansas Medicaid program. The state is planning to move three services from its Autism Waiver to the state plan under the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) benefit.
