July 30, 2009 The Interagency Agreement to Coordinate Services for Children Served by the Florida Child Welfare System was signed by the heads of the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Education, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, and the Agency for Workforce Innovation. The terms of the Interagency Agreement began July 30, 2009, and will continue until June 30, 2011. The agreement will be reviewed by July 1, 2010, and be renewed and/or renegotiated as needed.
