Maryland Medicaid Pharmacy Program Advisory 165: Zubsolv Preferred & Suboxone Film Non-Preferred

On June 1, 2016, the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’ released this notice on changes to the Medicaid program's drug formulary.
