Jewish Family Service Of San Diego Awarded $945,000 To Offer Alzheimer’s Programs
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has awarded Jewish Family Service of San Diego (JFSSD) more than $945,000 to fill Alzheimer's program needs in San Diego County. The funds will be used to improve and create new programs for clients and caregivers experiencing Alzheimer's and related diseases, expand client support, and offer training and consultation to caregivers. JFSSD intends to fully document their initiative to assist other community organizations.
The JFSSD is a non-profit, community centered organization that provides resources and assistance to all individuals and families in times of need.
