Cleveland Ohio Nurse Home-Visiting Program Gets $560,000 To Enroll 140 First-Time, Low-Income Moms
Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP), a nurse home-visiting program with success in reducing infant mortality among first-time low-income mothers, has received $560,000 in state funds to enroll up to 140 families. The grant monies come from the federal Maternal Infant Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program.
NFP is a program with headquarters in Colorado, working to bring health benefits to low income, first-time moms throughout the United States.
