Ohio House Bill 463 Of 2016, Autism Insurance Mandate

On December 8, 2016, the Ohio State Senate passed this House bill 463 revision to the Ohio Consumer Installment Loan Act requiring commercial health plans to cover autism treatment for children up to age 14. The law also allows reimbursement to child abuse and child neglect regional prevention council members for expenses; prohibits conflicts of interest for council members; and amends the statutory procedure for recalling certain municipal officials to include a deadline for filing a petition for recall . . .
