Therap Health Information Exchange Tools Allow North Carolina Provider Organizations Data Sharing

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services has aligned with Therap to use developmental disability health information technology for data sharing and better consumer support. The software includes Health Information Exchange (HIE) interface that lets health provider organizations track, access, and securely share consumer health information for better care. The software also includes billing tools that allow for easier Medicaid claims.

Therap Services LLC (Therap) provides integrated solutions for agencies providing electronic records and documentation in long-term care services for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
