The Cottages On Mountain Creek Welcomes New Executive Director

The Cottages on Mountain Creek announced that Mr. Ed Handy has joined the organization as Executive Director. Mr. Handy is a licensed mental health counselor and Emeritus Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at the University of Vermont's College of Medicine Department of Psychiatry. Mr. Handy brings expertise in designing and developing integrated behavioral health programs for both inpatient and outpatient programs.
