Approved Oregon Medicaid 1115 Waiver Renewal

On January 12, 2017, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published this 1115 waiver renewal approval for the Oregon Medicaid program extension. The extension:

Allows the Oregon Health Plan demonstration to continue utilizing community-driven, innovative practices aimed at promoting evidence-based, coordinated, and integrated care with the goal of improving the health of affected communities and populations, as well as an active commitment to data and measurement;
