Vizion Health, LLC has acquired Willow Crest Hospital and Moccasin Ben Ranch in Miami, Oklahoma. Willow Crest Hospital is a 50-bed acute care behavioral health hospital for children and young adults aged 5-17, and Moccasin Bend Rand is a 28-bed residential treatment center dedicated to helping young adults aged 13-17.

Verizon Health, LLC is a behavioral health care management and operations company, bringing investors, lenders, and management teams together to improve clinical and financial performance.
