Oregon Acute Care Hospitals Community Benefit Report, FY 2015

On February 8, 2017, the Oregon Health Authority published this community benefit report for the state's acute care hospitals for fiscal year 2015. In 2007, HB 3290 established Oregon's community benefit reporting law to document the benefits hospitals provide their communities. The state's 60 acute care hospitals' data are self-reported as costs to provide the service. These costs may be reported directly from accounting systems, or estimated using a cost to charge ratio . . .
