Pay-For-Success Agreement Between Salt Lake County, Utah & SLCO PFS 1, Inc.

On December 7, 2016, the county of Salt Lake, Utah published this pay-for-success (PFS) program agreement between Salt Lake County, Utah & SLCO PFS 1, Inc. The Salt Lake County PFS initiative will address the complex and intertwined issues of homelessness and criminal justice reform.
