Ohio Department Of Developmental Disabilities Level One Waiver Amendment Request For New Adult Day Services

On February 21, 2017, the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) released this waiver amendment request for new adult day services for the Level One home- and community-based services (HCBS) waiver. The amendment reflects the Ohio DODD's new adult day waiver services (ADWS) package (service definitions, provider qualifications, rate structure) that maximizes opportunities for integrated employment and integrated wrap-around services, as committed to in Ohio's HCBS statewide transition plan. In addition, the homemaker/personal care (HPC) service definition was modified to incorporate the new HCBS requirements . . .
