Mallory Behavioral Health Crisis Center Opens In Reno

Carson Tahoe Health has opened the Mallory Behavioral Health Crisis Center in Reno, filling a community need for increased access to mental health and substance abuse treatment. The facility will provide an alternative to emergency room and jail options for those having crisis episodes.

The center offers psychiatry, nursing, counseling, and case management for consumers. It has also facilitated collaboration between first responders and crisis center staff.
