Leach v. Corrections Corporation Of America, Memorandum & Order

On January 4, 2017, the Nashville division of the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tennessee released this memorandum and order regarding Leach v. Corrections Corporation of America. The document states that while the complaint is valid, the plaintiff must clarify which defendants were involved in the alleged incidents and support his allegations with facts in order for his claims to survive beyond this early stage of litigation, dismisses any claims for which the plaintiff has failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, and states that the plaintiff's claims for monetary damages are barred . . .
