Nebraska Region Six Board Meeting Minutes For October 12, 2016, Approving Residential Behavioral Health Contract With CenterPointe

On October 12, 2016, the Nebraska Region Six Board conducted a meeting in which they approved a Region 6 Behavioral Health Contract with CenterPointe and released these meeting minutes. The RFP was due to Catholic Charities notifying Region 6 Behavioral Healthcare that they will no longer provide behavioral health services and wanted to transition out of the services by the end of 2016. Two packets of services were proposed:

Packet 1: Social detoxification, emergency protective custody/civil protective custody, and mental health crisis assessments - this was awarded to Douglas County Community Mental Health Center.
