Care Capital Properties To Acquire Six Behavioral Health Hospitals

Care Capital Properties (CCP) has entered into an agreement to acquire six behavioral health hospitals from Signature Healthcare Services for $400 million. In total, the six hospitals offer 712 beds in three states (Arizona, California, and Illinois). The deal comes with a commitment to fund up to $50 million in expansion and improvements on the properties, and the option to purchase one additional building, starting in the fourth quarter of 2018.

CCP acquisition properties include:

Aurora Charter Oak Hospital in Covina, CA;
