Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) Section 1115 Medicaid Waiver Extension Application

On January 31, 2017, the state of Indiana submitted this proposed 1115 Medicaid waiver to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The state seeks approval for federal cost sharing to allow reimbursement for up to 30 days for residential or inpatient mental health or addiction treatment services provided to adults ages 21 to 64 in a treatment settings with 16 or more beds.
