Administrative Services Contract Transition Update To The New Mexico Behavioral Health Collaborative

On April 13, 2017, the New Mexico Behavioral Health Collaborative released this administrative services contract transition update. The update outlines the change of administrative services provider from Optum Health New Mexico (OHNM) to Falling Colors, effective July 1, 2017.

The update defines the following: transition activities; and defines the scope of work in relation to general requirements, contractor responsibilities, management, vendor network services and support, billing and payment management, billing payment accuracy audit procedures, vendor concerns, claims and invoices processing methodology requirements, reporting requirements, program integrity, federal and state initiatives, BHSD STAR System and the ASO's proprietary systems, innovations . . .
