Arkansas Works, Public Hearing Notice

On May 3, 2017, the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) published this public hearing notice regarding the Arkansas Works 1115 Demonstration Waiver. The notice informs the public of DHS's intent to submit to the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) a written request to amend the Arkansas Works 1115 Demonstration Waiver and to hold public hearings to receive comments on the amendments to the Demonstration.
