On March 24, 2017, the State of Georgia released this report of an independent review in U.S. v. Georgia. The terms of the settlement agreement and its extension require structural and programmatic changes in the systems of support provided by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) for adults in the target population.
