CMS Further Delays Bundled Payment Implementation To January 2018

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has delayed expansion of its existing bundled payment options, and the start of new bundled payment options, until January 2018. The options had previously been delayed to October 1, 2017. The move comes in anticipation of potential program modification or elimination in the near future, as often happens with an administration change.
