Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare Secures New Markets Tax Credits For Garlington Campus

Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare (Cascadia) has secured $4.5 million in New Markets Tax Credits to help with a $28 million Garlington Campus capital redevelopment project in Eliot, Oregon. Upon completion, the redevelopment project will allow Cascadia to deliver integrated care to some of Portland's most vulnerable community members.

The Garlington Campus is projected to include:

52 apartment-building units for low income, qualifying individuals (including those with serious mental illness and homeless veterans);
Mental health and addiction services, integrated with an on-site medical team, to provide collaborative health opportunities, and;
Wellness programs and resources accessible to residents, clients . . .
