MaineCare Opioid Health Home Application

On April 15, 2017, the Maine Department of Health and Human Services released this application to participate in opioid health homes. The state is accepting applications from provider organizations interested in serving as opioid health homes (OHH) for Medicaid members or uninsured individuals. The OHHs will provide medication-assisted treatment, medical consultation, counseling, care coordination, and peer recovery coaching.
