SAMHSA Appoints Center For Mental Health Services’ Senior Medical Advisor

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has hired Dr. Justine Larson, M.D., M.P.H., M.H.S. as the new Center For Mental Health Services' Senior Medical Advisor. She will be joining SAMHSA in September, 2017.

Dr. Larson is certified in adult psychiatry from Harvard, child and adolescent psychiatry, and neurology. She brings with her experience as a faculty member at Johns Hopkins, MedicalDirector for the Arlington County Community Services Board in Virginia, and consulting psychiatrist at Federally Qualified Health Center in Maryland.
