Washington Health Care Authority: Notice Of Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 17-0024 Applied Behavior Analysis Providers

On April 20, 2017 the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) released this notice on its intent to amend its Medicaid State Plan to match new Department of Health (DOH) requirements for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider credentialing. The notice includes information pertaining to what is and is not required in order for ABA providers to be considered as qualified providers under new DOH rules laid out in chapter 246-805 of Washington Administrative Code . . .
