California Medicaid Health Home Program Implementation Schedule

On May 4, 2017, the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) released this announcement regarding the state's Medicaid health home program implementation schedule. The announcement reports that the state would implement its Medi-Cal (California Medicaid) health home program (HHP) on July 1, 2018.
