Northwest Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board, Chief Local Elected Officials Meeting Minutes For May 24, 2017

On May 24, 2017, the Northwest Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board held this meeting with chief local elected officials. At the meeting, the county officials within the Northwest Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board region approved a contract with ResCare Workforce Services. ResCare will operate CareerLink offices to provide job-training services to adults, dislocated workers, youth, and workforce related services to employers for the six-county area that includes Clarion, Crawford, Erie, Forest, Venango, and Warren counties. The contract began July 1, 2017, and runs through June 30, 2018.
