U.S. HealthWorks Acquire Clinic From Mosaic Life Care

U.S. HealthWorks has acquired Mosaic Life Care's Occupational Medicine Clinic in St. Joseph, Missouri. The company now owns eight clinical locations throughout Kansas and Missouri, six of which are located in Missouri. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

U.S. HealthWorks is one of the country's largest operators of occupational health care centers, and provides medical care to help employees return to work and manage claims. Mosaic Life Care is a nationally-acclaimed health care system based in St. Joseph, Missouri, that offers services ranging from physical exams to corporate wellness.
