Diversicare Completes Acquisition Of Skilled Nursing Facility

Diversicare Healthcare Services has announced the purchase of both the real estate and operations of Park Place, a 103-bed nursing center in Selma, Alabama. The center becomes the 77th skilled nursing and long-term care facility to be operated by the company, and its eleventh acquisition to include the purchase of real estate.

Diversicare provides post-acute care services to skilled nursing center patients and residents in ten states, primarily in the Southeast, Midwest and Southwest United States.
