On June 12, 2017, the California Department of Managed Healthcare released this routine HMO compliance review of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. (Kaiser). The review includes a survey overview, discussion of deficiencies and current status, and survey conclusion for Kaiser's review.
