New Mexico Congressional Representatives Letter To HHS Office Of Inspector General Requesting Investigation Of State’s Behavioral Health Capacity
On May 24, 2017, congressional representatives from New Mexico sent this letter to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Inspector General (OIG) asking the OIG to investigate whether the New Mexico state behavioral health system had sufficient capacity to meet Medicaid demand.
