U.S. Senate Bill 1169 Of 2017, Medicaid Coverage For Addiction Recovery Expansion Act

On May 17, 2017, Senator Dick Durbin introduced this bill into the senate. The bill seeks to amend Title XIX of the Social Security Act to allow states to seek federal reimbursement for inpatient and residential treatment services provided at an institution for mental disease for Medicaid enrollees ages 22-64 with an addiction disorder.
