State Announces Indianapolis Integrated Supportive Housing Initiative
The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) has released two Request for Qualifications (RFQs) for the Indianapolis Integrated Supportive Housing Initiative. The initiative seeks to create 500 new units of affordable housing in Indianapolis.
The two RFQs, which had a response deadline of August 18, sought four development teams and one community-based development organization to help with the initiative. Of the 500 new units that will be created through the initiative, 125 will be integrated supportive housing. It is anticipated that the new units will help individuals who are homeless to find affordable housing.
