The MENTOR Network To Acquire Habilitative Services

The MENTOR Network entered an agreement to acquire Habilitative Services, Inc. (HSI). HSI currently operates in 22 counties in Minnesota. The agreement, which contains a number of closing conditions, is anticipated to be closed by late September or early October of this year.
