Nobilis Health Announces The Acquisition Of DeRosa Medical

Nobilis Health (Nobilis) announced that it will acquire DeRosa Medical. Derosa Medical currently has operations throughout three locations in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area, granting Nobilis expanded access to consumers throughout the region.

The $915,000 purchase will allow Nobilis to serve consumers’ needs on a wider spectrum, from primary care needs to surgical procedures. It is anticipated that by having more control over the entire consumer medical experience, Nobilis can better control costs while improving consumer medical outcomes.
