On June 15, 2017, the United States District Court of the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division, gave this notice of pendency of class-action for Wit, et al., v. United Behavioral Health. The notice gives information about the lawsuit to those whose claims for insurance benefits for residential treatment of mental illness or addiction disorder were denied, informing them that they may become eligible for benefits as a possible result of the lawsuit.
