Meridian Behavioral Health Acquires New Beginnings Minnesota

New Beginnings Minnesota (New Beginnings) was recently acquired by Meridian Behavioral Health (Meridian). The purchase completed Meridian’s third acquisition of 2017 so far.

With the acquisition, Meridian is now the largest behavioral health services provider in the state of Minnesota. This is in part due to New Beginnings’ six outpatient clinics located throughout the state.  Statements from Meridian have expressed their interest in New Beginnings’ evidence-based and consumer-centric approach to treatment, which combines education, prevention, and intervention techniques.
