Crossroads & Beacon Health Merging

The boards of directors of Crossroads and Beacon Health recently voted to merge the two mental and behavioral health agencies. The purchase comes as changes to Medicaid are about to arrive to Ohio on January 1 of next year.

It is anticipated by the two organizations that the care integration resulting from the merger will lead to better outcomes and results for consumers. Both agencies state that their clients will see no change in their level of care, and will be able to continue seeing their current providers. A name for the newly forming organization has not been decided yet . . .
