Care1st Health Plan Arizona Signs Value-Based Agreement With Equality Health

Care1st Health Plan Arizona (Care1st), a WellCare Health Plans company, recently signed a value-based agreement with Equality Health. The agreement entails Care1st expanding its Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) provider network, as well as providing care that is mindful of the cultural needs of different consumers.
