Minnesota Did Not Comply With Federal Waiver & State Requirements For 18 Of 20 Family Adult Foster Care Homes Reviewed
On November 7, 2017, the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the federal Department of Health and Human Services released this audit report on the Minnesota Department of Human Services' family adult foster home program. The OIG reviewed federal waiver and state requirements for 20 family adult foster homes, and found that 18 of the 20 were out of compliance.
