Highmark & Penn State Health Form A Partnership

Highmark Health (Highmark) and Penn State Health recently agreed to partner, deciding to share board members and financial resources. The partnership is in an effort to contribute more than $1 billion toward creating a new health care network out of the Penn State Health Milton Hershey Medical Center.

As part of the deal, Highmark will join Penn State as a member of Penn State Health, holding a minority interest.
