Acadia Healthcare & Reading Hospital Building New Psychiatric Hospital

Acadia Healthcare (Acadia) and Reading Hospital will be collaborating to build a new psychiatric hospital in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The unnamed 92-000-square-foot, 144-bed behavioral health facility will serve inpatient adolescent, adults, and geriatric consumers in need of psychiatric care.

In addition to inpatient services, the new facility will also offer partial hospitalization programming, intensive outpatient program services, outpatient counseling, and other mental health services.
