Masonicare Acquires Chester Village West

Masonicare recently announced it has acquired Chester Village West, a retirement facility in Chester, Connecticut. The facility was formerly operated by Life Care Services (LCS), an Iowa-based operator of retirement communities.

According to estimates from Masonicare, the facility will require up to $3 million in renovations to its exterior. Masonicare has now expanded twice in 2017, having opened Mystic in April, a rental complex with 179 independent and assisted living apartments.
