White Oak Helps Fund DW Healthcare Partners’ Acquisition Of SoClean

White Oak Healthcare Finance, LLC (WOHCF) recently provided $60 million to DW Healthcare Partners to aid its purchase of SoClean Inc. SoClean is the creator of the world’s first automated CPAP cleaner and sanitizer for consumers with sleep apnea.

More specifically, SoClean’s cleaning devices clean and sanitize CPAP masks in a fully automated fashion, killing 99.9% of germs and bacteria. Cleanliness of CPAP equipment is important, as it ensures that dangerous bacteria that could make consumers ill is not on the equipment.
