Evolent Health Acquires Assets From New Mexico Health Connections

Evolent Health, Inc. (Evolent) recently announced its completed acquiring assets from New Mexico Health Connection (NMHC). The two companies have been working on the deal since September, and will work together to operate a new health plan called True Health New Mexico.

Specifically, Evolent will be acquiring assets relating to commercial business from NMHC. These assets will be contributed to the newly formed True Health New Mexico. NMHC anticipates being able to continue operating independently as a non-profit health care organization.
