First Opinion, Inc. Acquires Incente, LLC; Announces New Business Unit

First Opinion Inc. (First opinion) announced on December 13 that it has acquired Incente, LLC (Incente). Incente is a Hanover, New Hampshire-based behavioral health technology company.

In addition to the purchase, First Opinion also announced its plans for creating Voi, a new business unit that will utilize Incente’s technologies to help organizations detect and prevent suicide. Voi will partner with healthcare providers and organizations, who will be able to use Voi Detect – a real-time risk score generator for consumers – to monitor and track operational and compliance metrics in order to possibly prevent suicide.
