Cardinal Innovations Healthcare (Cardinal) recently proposed a new board of directors, which includes a former state health secretary, among 16 other appointees. The organization’s board of directors will help to oversee the Cardinal’s over $675 million in annual federal and state Medicaid money.

Included among the board members will be Bryan Thompson, the former chairman of CenterPoint Human Services, as well as a former board member for Cardinal.
